Vanessa Hill is an Associate Professor of Management at the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. She currently holds the J.J. Burdin, M.D. & Helen B. Burdin (BORSF) Professorship of Professional Ethics and the Professional Women’s Endowed Professorship. Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility, ethical leadership, social enterprise, and workplace values. Dr. Hill’s work has been published in academic and practitioner journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management History, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, International Journal of Management, The Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of Organization Change Management and Diversity Factor.
Dr. Hill is a member of the Academy of Management, the International Association of Business & Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Delta Sigma Pi, business fraternity.
Dr. Hill is active in the local community, serving on the Lafayette Parish Public Library Board of Control, the Lafayette Public Library Foundation Board, and the Paul and Lulu Hilliard University Art Museum Governance Board.
