Joe Zanco – Chief Financial Officer
Joe served as the inaugural Chairman of the One Acadiana Board of Directors in 2015 and remains on its Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Lafayette General Health.
Joe is a past president of the Acadiana Chapter of the LCPA (Society of Louisiana CPAs) and has served on the LCPA’s Board of Directors. In 2016, he was awarded the LCPA’s Distinguished Public Service Award. The award is the LCPA’s highest honor for public service leadership, impact, involvement and innovation. In 2017, the premier national professional organization for CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants (“AICPA”), awarded Joe its National Public Service Award.
He is the founder of Lead the Change Now, a movement focused on inspiring personal responsibility and serving others (facebook.com/leadthechangenow).
Joe actively serves the incarcerated through Innerfaith Prison Ministry. He developed and delivers a money management course to inmates focused not on math, but on the decision making that destroys the finances of many Americans.
He is a member of the AICPA and Institute for Internal Auditors. Joe graduated from Louisiana State University in 1992 with an Accounting degree. He is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette XXI.
Joe and his wife, Ashley, have been married since 1998. They have two daughters, Sabrina and Abby.
Cathi Pavy – Partner & CMO
Under Cathi’s tutelage, the designers at BBR Creative have won more AAF ADDY awards than any other agency in the area and, in 2010, Cathi was awarded the AAF’s highest honor—the Silver Medal—for her exceptional contributions as an artist and industry leader. And in 2015, Cathi received the inaugural Jillian Johnson Award for Entrepreneurship in the Creative Economy from Acadiana Business.
In addition to her civic responsibilities, Cathi continues to volunteer for local organizations and currently chairs the Arts, Business, Culture Fund, which focuses on developing and sustaining Acadiana’s art and cultural community through business acumen. She is also a member of CREATE – a movement driven by Lafayette Consolidated Government that brings together leading thinkers across industries from fashion, music, design, culture and architecture with city builders, leaders and place makers in conversation, therefore helping to execute Lafayette’s comprehensive plan dedicated to fostering and growing the city’s creative economy. Cathi has served on the board for Habitat for Humanity and the Acadiana Center for the Arts.
Cathi is married to Francis X. Pavy and has two daughters, Lily and Annabelle.
Cian Robinson – Executive Director

Prior to LGF, Cian was a Director of two computer science based research centers within the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s Research Department (Center for Business and Information Technology and Center for Visual and Decision Informatics) as well as a decades long entrepreneur in the information technology and management consulting fields (Robinson Ventures, LLC).
In 1991, Cian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Saint Vincent College (Latrobe, PA). In 1994, he was awarded his Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration (finance concentration) from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College (Pittsburgh, PA).
Cian is currently pursuing his doctorate in Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has been recognized for his entrepreneurial and community work with several awards including: Leadership Louisiana (2017), LEAD Virginia (Class of 2008), Amherst N.Y. Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Champion Award (2006), Western New York’s 40 Under 40 Award (2005), Niagara Frontier Industry Education Council’s Pathfinder Award (2004), National Science Foundation’s Entrepreneur Next Wave Award (2003), as well as Leadership Buffalo’s Class of 2000.
He and his wife Dr. Natalie Harder reside in Lafayette, LA and have two children, Tucker and Rory.

As current chairman of One Acadiana, I lead the charge to grow the Acadiana region’s business climate which in turn creates economic opportunities for all. I also served as president of United Way of Acadiana, the Lafayette Bar Association, and the Lafayette Bar Foundation and continue to remain involved in these organizations.
Through my example and encouragement, NeunerPate has developed a culture of dedication to community service and provides pro bono legal services and was most recently awarded the State Bar Association’s Pro Bono Publico Award. My leadership roles and volunteerism extend beyond Acadiana to the state, national, and international stage. As President of the Louisiana Client Assistance Foundation since 2001, I oversee reimbursement of funds to clients
who lose money due to lawyer misconduct. To date, almost $2.5 million has been paid to claimants.
I served as president of the Louisiana State Bar Association during the tumultuous Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita. In 2013, I was invited to present at The World Justice Forum in the Hague, Netherlands and share my experience in restoring the legal system after a natural disaster. During my six- year tenure as Chair of the Louisiana Public Defender, I spearheaded the drive for legislation to provide legal protection and access to the law for the indigent.
I received a Juris Doctor in 1976 from Louisiana State University. In 2008, I was named the LSU Law School’s Distinguished Alumnus, and in 2013, I was honored as the Louisiana Bar Foundation’s Distinguished Lawyer. I am a member of Louisiana, Texas and American Bar Associations; the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel; the Defense Research Institute; the Maritime Law Association of the United States; and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. I am also a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and serve as the ABA State Delegate for Louisiana and the ABA Nominating Committee.
Sarah Berthelot – President & CEO

Sarah has worked in the nonprofit sector for 21 years since graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she served as the first elected female president of the Student Government Association. Upon graduation, she enrolled for a year of service as an AmeriCorps, Delta Service Corps Member, assigned to serve families through Lafayette Habitat for Humanity. Prior to her work with state association, Sarah worked for United Way of Acadiana for 10 years, serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Resource Development and Chief of Community Impact.
Berthelot is actively engaged in the United Way Worldwide network as the Immediate Past-Chair of the United Way Council of States. Sarah also currently serves as a member of the US United Way Membership Accountability Committee, 2-1-1 National Operating Group, LEAD Advisory Group. Sarah served as a United Way Worldwide Resident Fellow in 2008 and later participated in the United Way Worldwide Advanced Leadership Program in 2013. In 2012, Sarah served on the United Way Worldwide Talent Management Task Force and United Way Worldwide Task Force for Growth.
In her volunteer leadership roles, Sarah is a board member for the Louisiana Partnership for Children and Families and mentor for the 705 Young Professional Organization in Acadiana. Through the years, Sarah has served as an Executive Board Member for the Louisiana Association of Non-Profit Organizations (LANO), President of the Junior League of Lafayette (2008), At-Large Board Member of the Association of Junior Leagues International and Chair of the Parent Group at the Episcopal School of Acadiana. Kevin Blanchard – COO

Kevin graduated with a degree in journalism from LSU in 1998 and reported for the Baton Rouge Advocate from the bureau in Lafayette, covering government and politics, until 2008. In 2008, Kevin enrolled in law school at LSU, graduating cum laude in 2011. While in law school, Kevin was Editor-in-Chief of the Louisiana Law Review, a member of the Chancellor’s Student Advisory Board, participated in a judicial externship with the Honorable W. Eugene Davis, U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and was research assistant to long-time Professor Frank Maraist. Kevin also worked as a consultant in the telecommunications industry during law school.
As an attorney, Kevin practiced commercial and oil and gas law at Onebane Law Firm. Kevin has a particular interest in open meetings and public records law. He has published on that topic and testified before the State Senate Governmental Affairs Committee. Kevin is a board member of the Lafayette Young Lawyers Association and One Acadiana, and the chairman-elect of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana. He was named as one of the Top 20 Under 40 by the Lafayette Daily Advertiser and the 705, and is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXVI. He and his wife, Heather, have three children.
