Monica Rougeau is a published author on servant leadership and the President of Elevare International where she facilitates the on-going development of leaders who are building successful teams and organizations.

Prior to founding Elevare, Monica found a niche in her ability to rehabilitate failing and underperforming healthcare agencies by focusing on building teams and developing leaders. Today, she brings her wisdom of past experiences along with her unique skills as a Leadership Coach, CEO Roundtable Facilitator, Human Temperaments expert, and Spiritual Director to her approach in serving her clients both domestically and abroad.
